The Song of the Earth: WildBound Journeys of Regeneration

Heran, Jingwei, Mingyi, Songqiao, and the WildBound Collective

Our story begins where wind meets water—
in the stillness of Antarctica, the vast blue breathes.
Ice fractures, reforms, and flows again,
teaching us that change is not an ending, but a transformation.

Since 2017, we have journeyed across the planet’s most powerful and fragile ecosystems—
from the glaciers of the South Pole to the high plateaus of Qinghai,
from the tundra of Greenland to the forests of Borneo and Bali.
Each landscape is a teacher; each expedition, a listening.

We call this practice WildBound
an ongoing conversation between human and Earth,
where regeneration begins through relationship.
Our work grows through expeditions, community design labs,
and the Future+ Regenerative Design Camps held from the Himalayas to the tropics.
In these gatherings, architects, artists, farmers, and educators
learn to breathe with the land again—
to design not for nature, but with her.

In the silence of the ice plain,
we hear the slow pulse of time.
On the volcanic shores of South Georgia,
a fur seal returns to its home, reminding us that healing follows listening.
In the highlands of Qinghai,
colorful prayer flags carry our breath toward the horizon.
In the rice terraces of Bali,
relationship itself becomes the root of regeneration—
like mycelium beneath the soil, unseen yet sustaining all.
And in the winter forests of Dali,
we return to stillness, remembering:
to care for ourselves is to care for the Earth.

Guided by ancestral knowledge and contemporary design,
WildBound is a global catalyst for living in deep harmony with the planet.
Through field journeys, intergenerational collaboration, and creative storytelling,
we cultivate the courage to imagine otherwise—
to reweave the torn fabric between people and place,
between inner ecology and living systems.

Together, we move where the Earth leads—
toward balance, toward belonging,
toward a more connected and life-affirming Anthropocene.
